At Country Clothing Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your country attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
